How it works

Pre Production

This is the part where we can get creative and come up with unique ideas for your project. Whether you have a creative brief ready or would like us to create one for you, this is our chance to get clear on your ideal outcome and the purpose of the content.

Once you are happy with the creative direction, you can ship your products and we will take care of the rest.

Step 1

Production

Once your products arrive we can begin executing on your ideas! After the shoot, you will receive a gallery of unedited images where you get to choose your favourites. Once you have selected the images you are happy with, it’s time to edit!

Post Production

The third and final step is all about bringing your images to life. You would be surprised what a little editing can do!

Once we are done editing your final images you will receive a personal gallery where you can access, download, and start sharing your images!

 FAQs

  • Once both parties are happy with the creative brief, a 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to secure your slot. The remaining 50% payment is required prior to your content being released.

  • Once a contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid, you can post us your products and we can get started on the fun part, production!

  • Each client has different needs and so each shoot is tailored specifically to your brand. We have general pricing packages readily available but once we have discussed your project in more detail, a more accurate quote will be provided. If your budget is limited we can work together to create something that is within that budget.

  • You can expect to receive your final images within 2-3 weeks of your shoot. This can be longer if the volume of photos/complexity of the shoot requires it to be.

  • We have a range of versatile props and backdrops in studio suitable for most projects. If your project requires sourcing specific props such as coloured blocks / personalised backdrops / florals etc this will be discussed and agreed upon prior to being added to your invoice.

  • The entire process is done remotely so it’s as simple as posting your products to our location.

  • If you would like your products returned, you can include a return postal bag and we will be sure to return them for you.
